About AIFinderOne

01 · Founder

Who created AIFinderOne

AIFinderOne was created by Филатов Михаил. AI may assist with research preparation, structuring and translation, but the concept, selection of information, practical logic and responsibility for published editorial content remain with the founder.

  • The platform starts with a person’s task, not a product name.
  • The mission is practical: make AI easier to understand, compare and use responsibly.
  • AIFinderOne does not provide the listed third-party services and does not replace professional advice.

02 · Verification

How tools are checked

Material claims are checked against first-party evidence before they are treated as verified catalog facts.

  • We confirm the official product URL and whether the service is currently available.
  • Features, plan limits, platforms, languages and API claims are checked against official product pages, documentation, help centres or official app listings.
  • Priority profiles include a last-checked date and direct links to the official sources used.

03 · Evidence

Where prices and ratings come from

Prices and ratings are different kinds of information and are never blended into one unsupported score.

  • Prices come from the provider’s official pricing, billing or documentation pages. Currency, tax, region and account conditions can change the final price.
  • A user rating is calculated only from published reviews submitted on AIFinderOne by registered users.
  • When there are no real reviews, the site says that there are no reviews yet and does not publish AggregateRating structured data.

04 · Freshness

How often the catalog is updated

The catalog is reviewed on a rolling basis rather than claiming that every profile changes on the same day. Priority tools and reported errors are checked first, and material provider changes trigger an additional review.

  • Each tool profile shows its own last verification date.
  • Automated integrity and link checks are run before catalog releases.
  • Because providers can change plans without notice, important purchase decisions should still be confirmed on the official website.

05 · Corrections

How to correct wrong information

Use the “Report a problem” form and include the tool URL, the field that appears wrong and an official source supporting the correction.

  • Confirmed corrections are applied to the profile and its last-checked date is updated.
  • Product owners may request an update, but ownership does not give control over user reviews or organic placement.
  • Well-supported safety, pricing and availability corrections are prioritised.

06 · Recommendations

How recommendations are formed

Search interprets the requested task and category, then uses verified catalog information to find relevant candidates. Recommendation order is separate from the public user rating.

  • Signals include a direct product-name match, task and category fit, request terms and explicit conditions such as free access, API availability or budget.
  • Editorially reviewed task relevance can help order candidates when several tools fit the same intent.
  • Affiliate relationships and sponsored placements do not improve organic recommendation order; paid placements must be clearly labelled.

07 · Editorial policy

Our editorial rules

The goal is useful, traceable information—not copied marketing claims or invented certainty.

  • Material product facts should be linked to first-party sources and dated.
  • Editorial facts, user reviews, search relevance and sponsored content are presented as separate signals.
  • AI can assist with drafting and translation, while responsibility for source selection and the final publication remains human.
  • Conflicts, affiliate relationships and material corrections must be disclosed clearly.
